Elo offers a wide variety of products and services to end-consumers and companies, in the following categories: credit, debit and pre-paid. Three of the major Brazilian banks, Banco do Brasil, Bradesco and Caixa, established a joint-venture in order to launch a brand (Elo) that has already become very representative in the Brazilian market. Besides the traditional banking branch offices network, Elo” sales arm relies on lottery retailers and on Banco Ibi 148 branches, which now will integrate Elo’s brand distribution project. The objective behind this strategy is to attract mainly people who have no access to banks, estimated to be over 40 million Brazilians.

About the project

After over two years of partnership, Elo nowadays relies on TIVIT to provide a complete IT infrastructure management. Among the main services provided there are the following ones: management, backup, monitoring, support and Elo’s servers hosting.
